Yes and no. I mean, nobody has done nasty better than Prince. But I've always respected him for aging well in this business. He's not out there still lookin' and acting like some 20 year-old sex fiend. He knows when to put things away. Seriously, how could a 50 year old man sing Head and still maintain any kind of dignity?

The whole reason Prince has remained interesting all these years is that he constantly redefines what "Prince" even is.

That is what makes him so great. While other more marketable acts like MJ and Madonna may have jumped on the latest hot fashion, Prince has always internalized new conceptualizations, even at great cost to himself at times.

One year you might get Prince playing it up as a laid back jazz musician. Then all of a sudden he's taking it to arenas with a huge greatest hits campaign.

I don't want a return to any past incarnation of Prince. I'm too busy being excited awaiting the newest one, knowing full well it'll be interesting if nothing else.

The song was courageous, I thought.

I am glad Prince is allowing himself to have fun with his music.

Its the first song in a while that Prince has done where I had to hit the pause button and say "what did he just say"? The song is so nasty, but he was loving it. The crowd went nuts.

Prince loves a little controversey still.

Hopefully there will be some new tunes for the summer.

There are ways of getting nasty without being juvenile about it.

I'm pretty sure Prince comprehends that.

I continue to read about his age and can't help but chuckle. As if when you've reached age 50 (60, 70 & even 80) you stop being (sexually) who you've been all along. Perhaps ya slow down a bit, but the spirit is still there.

i find it interesting that some of the lyric interpatations r pointing 2 a certain sexual position and how that's a 4 someone who is a JW. and the moment he says something about breaking a bed it's like the world is in shock that prince would say something like that..
