Prince makes the worse videos! Prince videos has no life 2 them take the song Black Sweat 4 example it could have been a much bigger hit had it had a better video.Prince seem 2 focus most of his videos on close ups or him in a concert setting.That's just my opinion. | |

What about "The One"? I know mayte directed it but damn, it was a beautiful video...and what with the current "SHOE" vid, how can this sentence be true?? Quite fam-ish I am today! If you compare his musical ability with the quality of his videos, his videos are sadly lacking. They are among the worst videos I've seen. Maybe he should hire X or Hype Williams to direct his videos. He could learn a thing or 2 from Missy Elliott.... | |

I agree with u. Even "You Rock My World" is better than almost any video Prince has done. Now, Prince has done some GREAT videos...some of my favorites: Te Amo Corazon Black Sweat Musicology Kiss Diamonds and Pearls Gett Off The One I Wish U Heaven Some of the worst: Come On Betcha By Golly Wow Face Down Daisy Chain (along with almost all of the "professional" videos from the NPGMC) Alphabet St. Sign O The Times **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-

I personally don't think "Face Down" was a bad video. I love it and I remember being eleven and the video totally tripping me the hell out when I first saw it. (Cause I never made the association that "Prince" and "The Artist" were the same person. He was just Prince.) Gosh. 
LOL. The only Bad video I ever saw was "Raspberry Beret" Great Googly Moogly! . 
But one bad video out of the hundred Prince has made is okay. I love a Man who:

Yeah well most of his video's aren't anything to write home about, but he's made a few good ones. "Diamonds & Pearls" I think is especially good. Probably my fave Prince video | |

Prince doesnt need multi-million dollar special effects and overhyped producers to make entertaining viewing , he has things that money cant buy any artist , personality , great moves and showmanship . Watch the video for Partyman , bog-standard set , no effects , just Prince dancing and goofing around in front of an audience , but its more entertaining than 99% of the promo vides that have money chucked at them and been produced in the last decade .
