Prince mother's last wish ?

I read somewhere on the net on a dutch page wich gives a small information texture of prince sayin that he converted 2 the belief of jehovah's whitnesses because it was the last wish of his mother
can anybody confirm this ?

The 'Daily Mirror' article suggests that Prince's mother had been a Jehova's Witness for most of her life. I have not seen this claim made anywhere else or ever corroborated.

Whatever herlast wishes were, I suspect that they were a very private matter and would suspect any unsupported claims as to what they were.

I do realize that faith is up to the beholder...However...Not knowing the circumstances in Prince's life or Mattie Baker's life...I cannot understand their personal perspectives....what I do know is that when Jesus allows the Holy Spirit to dominate your life...You will go in that direction at the time.
What Prince's personal experience is with Jesus, I do not comprehend...If I did, I could counsel on an appropriate level.
Religion is personal, Prince has his reasons, and I respect the avenue he has traveled, although I am a Christian, with concrete proof, that my road is the way. In comparison to our stories, we would be able to understand why we think in different directions.
You see...On the cross Jesus says...U will be with me this day. Whe Jehova's withnesses can EXPLAIN....the reason for believeing that there is a time lapse in your journey from here to there...I will adopt the perspective...until then I have searched, and have not found an explanation for the reason of lingering in animation until Jesus's return....WHEN, THE HOLY SPIRIT IS WITH ME NOW.

Like racism makes no sense...neither does, changing from living to dying in suspended animation. What reason in eternity can there be...for spiritual sleep? Tell Me and I will believe...Prince, please, preach 2 me.

I was in SA for the Final Four and the Spurs-Suns game last week. I've come home for the last 2 home opener/ring ceremonies. Something tells me I might not be coming home for a ring ceremony this fall. But, you never know. We ain't out 'til we're out.
