This pic is from the NAACP awards, I am not sure of the year, but it was while he was still called the Artist. It is brilliant clip, P gets totally emotional as Stevie Wonder first via a telecast projection and later in person gives P a lifetime award I saw it, thanks to Housequake.com. P was laughing when Stevie called him "Skipper." He opened the show with Emancipation and We March. Then later on he got the award. There was a quick shot of Angel basset clapping and short laughing and it looked like she said "he's so short." She wasn't doing it mean but more of a surprise.

I don't know because I only saw it once. I know there was a lot of talk about them getting married (they were engaged at the time). Tommy was talking (during the show - u know how they talk to kind of bring us up to speed - like Real World confessions) he was talking about how much he loved her and wanted to get married but her jealousy and their fighting was getting to him and "I just don't know". I remember the car scene I described above (which again shocked me) and I remember Mayte on the deck barbecuing (I think that little dog was with her...she was wearing a brown sweat outfit.
