In What Order Would You Rebuild Your CD Catalog?

Let's say your Prince CD Collection was wiped out the week before all of Princes Remasters of everything prior to Musicology came out. Assuming that these contained extra trax on a separate CD (use your imagination). What would be first on your list to replace assuming you were not going to buy the entire catalog all at once?

BONUS QURESTION...LET'S SAY YOUR CATALOG DIDN'T GET DESTROYED...WOULD YOU BUY ANY OF THE REISSUES IF THERE WERE NO BONUS TRAX BUT ONLY BETTER SOUND QUALITY AND MAYBE A BETTER BOOKLET.

Anxiety

predictable, but:

purple rain
ATWIAD
parade
SOTT
lovesexy

i may listen to other prince albums more these days because i'm less burned out on other albums, but to me, these are my "core" favorites. if there ever was a quality reissue series of prince's catalog, i'm enough of a sucker to buy them all, but these are the ones i'd start with.

For Me 1999 & Lovesexy would be first gets...

Then I'd probably get PR, ATWIAD, and Parade for the Outtakes (if there are any) and better Sound Quality

I'd be really hard pressed to get any others right away unless there was something extra.

First of all: SOTT.
Then, The Revolution trilogy: Parade, Purple Rain, ATWIAD.
At last, the Funk trilogy: 1999, Dirty Mind, Controvesy.

i know you don't want that as an answer, but i'd want them all at the
same time. it'd be impossible to choose.

i'd replace them all if they were remastered, even with no extra cuts
on them. but then i'd probably just buy one at a time, starting with
the first album (for you) and ending with prince, which i assume would
logically be the last remastered album released under any deal which
would be a joint venture of prince and warners.

if they contained extra tracks, i'd buy them all and go mental when i
got home and had to choose which disc to listen to first lol.

If they were better quality soundwise I'd have to go with buy them all too. If I could only buy a few though I'm not sure what order. Recently these have been getting the most play-

1999
Controversy
Dirty Mind
Parade
Lovesexy

But ask me a month from now and you will get a completely different answer. Certainly if the remasters came with extras I think the earlier albums would be more interesting.

I think I'd hold out for better re-releases further down the line.
