Prince and Elton John similarities

Hi,

does anyone also think that there are similarities between Elton John and Prince? Not necessarily in physical assemblance , but in many other ways:

* Both dominated the charts at one space in time, being hugely popular the world over
* Both put out records almost year-after-year, to varying quality and varying sales success
* Every once in a while the general public notices and there is talk of a "comeback"
* Both tour relentlessly, sometimes to bigger audiences, sometimes to smaller ones
* Both have done Las Vegas
* Both used to have pretty flamboyant stage outfits
* Both know how to write great melodies

Anyone cares to add or to disagree?

Both are queens.

Both have achieved Oscars for their musical compositions to movies.

Longevity. Both could have a concert and people would still want to see them, and not just old hardcore fans.
