holy gods ghost - just my imagination jesus tap dancing christ...just listened to the small club performance for the first time (have had it for a little but never listened to it)
mind blowing - i like just my imagination better then the original by the temptations, seems to have more sadness in it, especially how the keyboard sound is and how the chorus is sung..but the guitar solo 
thats the guitar solo ive been waiting to hear by prince, to put on cd and let my friends hear why he is classed as an amazing guitarist. Wouldn't you love to love me? | |

if all he ever puts out was his live stuff id b more than content...its very addictive.
i swear hes in a different zone & not in this world when he playing tht thang. he's off the hook with passion. it courses through ur body. imagine what it does 2 him 
perfect example is the chaos & D jam of the week. i can hardly believe its the same song as on the album. his guitar is so spontaneous & mental mind blowing. i'm so jealous of anyone tht was there. he's gotta come & do it all over again... its the faces he pulls get me. tht man is 2 sexual 4 his own good.  | |

I just heard this too for the first time.
Definitely amazing. The only thing I think he botches on it as the end, when the "Just my imagination" chant kicks in. I keep waiting for him to build it and then kick in with a "Running away with me" scream. | |

i still feel that the one from camden palace is better than the small club version man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81 | |
