Habibi Wikipedia Just screwing around, I wanted to find out more about the Prince song Habibi. I heard rumors it was based on Hendrix / Machine gun - or it was also the name of one of his guitars?
Anyway, I went to Wikipedia and it mentions an Arab translation and a song by System 7 - no mention of Prince. So - is someone here in the know? Feel like setting the Wikipedia record straight? > | |

Habibi is a blue-purple Symbol guitar with a tremolo bar. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot. | |

Maybe he named it Habibi cuz thats an arabic word meaning "my beloved". | |
