It's called a Vocoder (aka Talk Box), and Roger (from Zapp) used it prob'ly before T-Pain was even born. The Vocoder and Talk Box are two different things. Roger used the Talk Box, T-Pain is probably using Auto-Tune. [Edited 11/29/07 5:42am] It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.

OKAY! Love Snoop, like the song, video was passable if not HILARIOUS, total homage to P with the shiny lame(la-MAY) suit, hat with netting and best of all the do-rag with the long hair. THAT was the best!
