Does Prince make mistakes on stage?

I mean false notes, wrong chords, forgetting his lyrics, wrong timing, falling flat on his face during dancing etc...

I've never heard or seen him make ONE mistake live. Am I missing something? He seems overconfident on stage. Almost

At Musicology, he was singing Call My Name, and sang "everything...uh...nothing about you is false"

On Arsenio he opened the piano to let balloons out, and the lid snapped back down. He nearly lost a hand trying to keep it up, but let it go and it was almost not even noticeable.

I saw him try to light bad reviews onstage with lighter fluid in 1992 and it wouldn't light. So he used the lighter fluid to pretend to piss on them, which was even better!

Some of his fast guitar lines are a little muddy. I've seen him play a weird note/phrase and immediately recover with the right one in a way that sounded almost planned.

And yes he's fallen onstage several times that were noteworthy.

I play in a band, and all those fumbles I listed are fewer than I might make in a single song!

not really a Prince mistake but the ending at the Montreux show of '' Take Me With U" is really weird...

I have seen him many times from early in his career concerts trip or drop the mic and even hit himself with the mic stand.....

I was watching the America video and he spent around when he came full circle he hit himself in the mouth with the microphone.

The man doesn't make mistakes, never ever! He is sheer perfection!
And if it ever looks like he made a mistake, it is intentional.

On the DVD of Prince in Tokyo, during the Question of U:

He mimics the mike being a lady, and he stands on hands and knees with his ass facing "the lady". He reaches behind him, from inbetween his legs, but at that point he is positioned too far away from the mike/lady.

It is cute though.

most recent i can think of was the night at the o2 when Will I Am came onstage 4 a while and p nearly went arse over tit as he went over 2 him on one side of the stage, he caught his foot and stumbled 4 a sec and looked daggers at whatever had been the cause.

Well now that they are divorced I'm pretty sure he should leave that everything in there!
