George Michael & Prince -What's going on?

George has named Amy..Love is a losing game, Crazy by Gnarls Barkley and one other track that I think Prince did at his London 21 nights concerts..but it can't put my finger on it as traxs he loves.

Prince and George have both done a cover versions of "I can't make you love me" recorded around the same time I think?

Prince and George Michael seem to have the same musical taste? wink

Da, Da, Da....Emancipation....Free..don't think I ain't..! London 21 Nights...Clap your hands...you know the rest..
Mr.Brown RIP sir, your music still lives with us!

They were in contact by telephone around the time that George Michael was in court against Sony. I doubt they talk all that much these days.

I find George Michael's friendship with Paul Mc.Cartney to be odd. Maybe they have the same pot dealer?

I heard that George also once tricked Andrew Ridgely into purifying himself in a lake that wasn't really Minnetonka.
And that afterwards,
Andrew got even by getting George's motorcycle seat all wet.

Ignore this post.

Gotta love those guys, I'm sure they are up to something humanitarian...It's a shame how all the rich folk, still have troubles poolin' the funds together, cuz' they can't even do it all by themselves..and sadly, although we may not as individuals be able to contribute to world health and restructuring, that there are middle class snobs that could help also. All I can do is throw a penny in the wishing well, but I'm all for fixing the world. cool Faith!

Both brilliant performers.

Maybe they should just get around to performing / recording together.

I wouldn't complain if they did.

Not that it really matters but George is a Cancer, not Gemini.

And he was at the 1994 concert that Prince gave after the MTV Music Awards in Berlin. They also had a short chat upstairs if I recall correctly, and Prince mentioned him during the show.

Now they've also both covered The Long & Winding Road too. I know GM did it in concert and I think it was the B-Side to Freeek!

To varying degrees and preferences they both want your sex.

Also, they're both great lovers of good pop music aside from the great music they've both given us.

(Now, I don't know if the cab driver will be a lady or Andrew Ridgely.)

Speaking of Andrew, everybody else was laughing but I liked his solo song "Shake It".

My girlfriend dragged me to a George Michael gig on his 25 tour last winter. I only went because she had no one else to go with and she needed the company, and I was pleasantly surprised with the show. But I have one major complaint...he performed each and every song exactly as it sounded on CD. No improv, no funked up versions. I could have sat at home and listened to the greatest hits CD.

I also have one or two minor complaints...he took a 20 minute break half way through (Rock and Roll is alive huh?), he didn't remove his sunglasses through the whole thing, and he looked stoned

(ok, I lied about that, but perhaps that's why he needed the break - maybe he had the munchies).

How can you even remember your lyrics when you´re stoned ? lol

I know he loves weed but I doubt he´d smoke it during a concert.
