A lot of Orgers claim that they have met Prince, Where's the Proof? Any pics of you with Prince?

It'll never happen! I know if I had something wonderful and rare like that I would never show it out of respect for Prince of course

i shook his hand and said a few words to him in paisley park in 2001....he was very polite and very small....i doubt he would pose for a picture though....

I would be interested to see if anybody has a picture of him just chillin' somewhere where he made a non-formal appearance. I once seen him at a Timberwolves game but I didn't have my camera with me.

b4 soundcheck 4 lovesexy show at wembley.(i think it was the same soundcheck filmed on the documentary clip where prince is sitting
in the audience seats and watching the band play and saying "spotlight on the shoes, please ", well, he's wearing the same clothes anyway!
the meeting was filmed by prince's documentary team that followed him around at the time,
(you can just see the top of eileen murton's head in the back ground !)
and this was a screencap from when a brief bit of the meeting was shown somewhere around the world on tv. (i don't kno where)
it would b fascinating 2 kno who else from that meeting is around still ?
oh, and i'm the one in the left 4ground with the black jacket and large white buttons on the cuffs
(sown on that morning in honour of the great man!), i bunked off school 2 go. [img]

what proof do you have that this is you?

People like myself who have Several times...would never talk about it in details or post pictures on an internet forum...its called "being an adult" or in my case being a professional..Not a starstruck fan !

Plus that picture is so damn old this person must be middle age by now and I truly doubt that!

Exactly! Prince does not want his picture taken, nor would I impose on him by asking him for one. I would say hello to him, possibly shake his hand, and leave it at that.

Bullshit! I'd shimmy myself on next to him then kiss him on the cheek. After he willingly and playfully fell on the floor I would try to mount him right there in front of everyone while his big aped security guards tries to pull me off!

People miss out on quite a few good Prince stories because of their unbelief.
Sometimes you just have to take what little evidence there might be, and BELIEVE.

What do you mean is there any pictures? How long have you been a Prince fan?

I've met Prince probably around 5 times, one time someone I didn't know had a camera, and she was told by one of the body guards to put it away. (She got her picture with Morris Day, so at least she got something)

Another time I did ask him if I could take a picture. Guess what his answer was?

On ET I heard Merv Griffin's son make the comment that his father never refused to sign an autograph or a picture. For some reason, I thought of Prince.

Iam very grateful to Prince that I did get to talk to him, because in the situations, he could have avoided me and didn't, but I will never understand his refusal of an occasional autograph or picture, but he has his reasons.

The lady from London got her picture taken with him, look what she and Prince had to go through to get it

But, on a serious note, I hope she was thrown out of there. If I was her, I'd be ashamed to ever show my face at at a Prince event. What an idiot.

This thread reminded me of the very reason Prince is a genius and will NEVER go broke. He's saving the good stuff for hard times!

He could sell out any arena in the world, yes I said world, by just having a "Get Your Picture Taken With Prince Day!" At $100.00 a person, he'd clean up! For those ready to swear they wouldn't pay that much just to have their picture taken with Prince...
