It’s well known that Prince likes his ladies and while he’s in UK performing it seems he’s definitely hoping to try out the local talent.

The pint-sized pop star has reportedly got his eye on London songstress Kate Nash and has his aides tracking her down to set up a meeting.

An insider told the Star: “Prince heard her on the radio and loved it. He then heard it being played again and commented on her amazing voice.

“And he told his people to go out and find her. Prince thinks she not only looks stunning and has a stunning voice but that she is talented like no other British female he has ever heard.”

And it seems her voice isn’t all he’s interested in, he has also been impressed by her notoriously feisty attitude.

Could there be fireworks in the coming weeks?

I would LOVE it if she did an aftershow. Her album is very good.

I've been on her myspace page her music sounds to me. I would prefer another more famous Kate.

What? He has just played the most awesome aftershow with Beverley Knight. Now that is a great British Singer!!!!!

I reckon he will do something with Bev Knight soon! Or he should do!

Kate Nash??? She'll dissapear along with bloody Lily Allen.

I missed Kate's stunning looks... I don't think there is much truth to this story.

I never heard here sing.

But judging from her pics she looks far more interesting then all those artificial, black barbiedolls like Beyonce, The Twins and Chelsea Rodgers.

i saw her video performing the Foundation song on Jooles Holland's show and found her voice quite jarring to be honest.... i think P just likes the common english accent heh
