Longest straight through, non-stop is who, still Dr. Fink?

Morris Hayes, Eric Leeds were in and out at different points, so not continuous.

How long was Fink's run? Levi and Miko had a long stretches as well. When I think of continuous runs in different band configurations I think:

Levi
Miko
Fink
Rhonda
Eric Leeds
Maceo
Morris Hayes

I read Fink called out for a gig during the diamonds and pearls tour and sent a fill-in, and when he came 2 the next gig, Prince had hired the fill-in 2 take Fink's spot

No, he was in the band in 1992-93, right after Rosie Gaines left, and did his first tour with the NPG in 1993 ( Act I and Act II ) .
But he´s been around much longer than that, he was on tour with Prince in 1992 , opening for him as part of Carmen Electra´s band.
So, basically, he´s been around at least since 1992.
He also did a brief Japan tour with The Time in the very early 90´s , something that doesn´t get a mention very often.

And, besides all this technical trivia, he is one of the nicest guys I have ever met in my life, a real down to earth and funny and intelligent man from Arkansas.

I´m glad he´s back in the back again.

Matt Fink. He was in for about 10 years straight.
Some people think I'm kinda cute
But that don't compute when it comes 2 Y-O-U.

He's actually been with Prince in some or another capacity since 1986.
He's on TRC, but Renato went on the ONA tour.

When Morris left the NPG, he toured with Maceo Parker, and did quite a few side projects.
I agree- I'm very excited he's back. He's a great guy. He's extremely talented and often doesn't get enough credit on here. cool

He has floated around for years, but was actually only in the P band for 3 years....86,87,88....plus a couple of months in 89 for the Japan Lovesexy shows. They Candy came back in favour.

Eric also did some dates in London on the "Gold" tour .. 1995 (fantastic solo on I Hate U), and the Emporium aftershows. !

Long service medals should also go 2 Sonny T and Michael B .. they are both on 3121 album..and go way back to at least '89 ..wonder why they didn't do the recent tours..?
