Cool Prince Picture Collage From 1988 
Collage of Prince arriving at Heathrow Airport in 1988 for the British leg of the Lovesexy tour, and the ensuing media frenzy (24th July, 1988) After boarding his coach with management and band in tow, a number of fans were allowed onto the coach and travelled with them. Instead of going straight to the hotel, Prince decided he wanted something to eat, and the coach stopped outside of a McDonalds in Mayfair. Prince, accompanied by Sheila E, Cat, Steven Fargnoli, bodyguard Gilbert Davidson and Albert Magnoli's film crew entered the restaurant whereby Prince proceeded to give his order to a somewhat speechless worker. In return, he gave her his autograph.  
As the party left the restaurant (with by now frenzied press photographers in tow) Prince casually tossed the uneaten burger into the trash and climbed into a waiting limousine, where he was driven to his hotel alone. As the press prepared to give chase, their efforts were foiled after it transpired the whole thing was a ruse so their tires could be let down. *I have a great, personal photo of Prince leaving McDonalds which I got signed back in '88, a total one-off which sits framed, adorning my wall. - Prince...in McDonalds, who would've thought?!? Prince gave his autograph to a McDonald's worker? The worker must have been female and attractive.  Prince doesn't even eat in McDonald's since becoming a vegan, I'm willing to bet.RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you. | |

I worked at fast food in 1988, me and my friends there would have died if Prince walked in and ordered something  .....I probably would not even have heard what he ordered...I would have been staring at him only hearing a sexy voice say blah...blah...blah

I really like Prince's look from this era...probably my fave of all his "styles" ... I wonder what he ordered at McD's ? Did he eat meat back then?
