The Lakehouse soundtrack

I see the credit as composer of lake house as Rachel Portman, I thought Pince worked on that? Anybody know the details about it?

Also, The Something new soundtrack is composed by Wendy & Lisa. Thats is some of the most beautiful music from them in a while.

Whats up with them Next?
We all want a big hit again because
we want to relive the Hysteria & Pandemonium we experienced
when Purple Rain was Hot. Actually, he doesn't care if it happens again or not.

For a long time before the The Lakehouse release, Prince was listed as co-composer for the soundtrack at IMDB.com (a great movie database). However a few weeks before it was released, his name disappeared for good.

My guess is that he originally intended to submit a song or two, similar to what he's done in the past with Batman and Happy Feet, rather than actually write the score. But for whatever reason he pulled out of it at the last minute. Perhaps he didn't like the end result of the movie? Who knows.
I saw the movie, it was nice. Though Keanu's acting left a lot to be desired!

Well, if we're going to speculate on it, we could just easily submit the idea that perhaps he submitted a song but they ultimately chose not to use it, finding that it didn't really fit the theme of the movie properly. lol

...or, considering the fact that anyone can contribute info to IMDB and that is the only place to ever have mentioned that fact, that I'm aware of, perhaps it was wrong from the start.
