He was aiming at sales, airplay, and a comeback with both of these albums. TRC was the opposite. |

Word I heard is that he was negotiating to have one major US retailer exclusively carry the CD. It's possible it would also be available for sale or for free to ticket holders at his Vegas show every night as well. The 2nd part is sketchy, but I know for a fact he was in negotiations with a couple twin city based retailers gauging their interest and promotion of an exclusive CD to be released in Feb. If it breaks when it bends, you better not put it in. | |

thanx Nothing since the initial talks (which were in late November). It could still be happening, but if it were happening, they were talking about giving it major coverage in the sunday circular, in-store promotion, etc... I think we would have heard something by now if it were coming in 2 weeks. If it breaks when it bends, you better not put it in. | |

I think we would have heard something by now if it were coming in 2 weeks. ....i think u'r right 100%....there will be no Album for February or March...maybe something just Before this Summer (or Nothing)...But Prince can change his Mind Anytime whatever the Project to come! |
