I personally DID NOT like the remaster of 1999. For a few simple reasons: 1. My local radio station was stupid enough to play that version at the chime of midnight the year of 1999 began. I was about to start praying to the porcilin gods when I heard that. Then luckily I still have the original CD and cassette(yep still have the cassette lol), and put the CD into my CD player and blared it throughout the house lol till a half past midnight 
2.It doesnt do ANY justice to the original recording with Lisa, Dez, and the rest of the Revolution( at the time) of original air play and recording. Rosie should not have even been on it(let alone even redone in the 1st place). 3. The voice overs were horrible, the additional music was rediculous and the rapping at the end, lets just say I heard P rap better in "Get Off" All in all, Id say the remastered version of the would be better made into a wall clock and left for dust to collect and I wouldnt pay a penny for the remastered version(for the poor souls who actually bought it and dont like it, you have my sympathy).Let me listen to the original version ANYDAY then that garbage. Smurf theme song-seriously how many fucking "La Las" can u fit into a dam song
