if you could hang with prince, what would you wanna do?

Say you had a day just to hang out with Our Hero (no sex, people. This question is on purely platonic ground) what would you do?

I think I'd want to just chill in a coffee shop or some place, talking. He seems like he'd be quite the interesting individual to get to know one on one. No doubt has some interesting things to say on certain topics, and some downright crazy things to say on others. Either way, I doubt he'd be a boring conversationalist.

Then maybe we could go shoe shopping. Think he'd buy me a pair?

I would like to hang out with him in the studio and make a new track together.

We'd go over to my place and listen to vinyls.

For me, it would also be about definitly going to his favorite studio space, kicking back, and listening to something amazing. Asking him how he produces different tracks, picking his brain musicially, then having the opportunity to ask crazy questions....(like, "hip replacement or no?", "why not shelia e.?", etc.)

I'd want to watch him write and record a song from start to finish... I wouldn't interfere just watch.

I would just like to talk to him and conversate...then take a bubble bath together and talk some more. (Hey bubble baths don't always lead to sex! )

I don't know- maybe start by asking him what he'd like to do. People tend to forget that people like him are human and expect them to entertain us. Maybe he'd like to go bowling or something.
Whatever he'd like to do. If not, just talk and hang out- not necessarily musical.

I would want him to take me for a ride on his motorcycle while we go to the store and get some Doritos and lollipos ..then go to Blockbuster and get some DVDs. Then we'd go back home and watch them until we fall asleep

Next we'd head to one of the inner-city boys and girls clubs and hang out with the kids. Prince could tell them the importance of music and what it takes to be a real musician. Maybe just maybe, we'd be able to undo some of the musical damage that's been done over the last couple of decades and save the future of music in the process.


Then we'd go over to my ex-byfriend's house who years ago used the excuse that I had a unhealthy obsession with Prince as a reason to breakup with me and start screwing someone that is formally known as friend. We'd pull up in his limo and blow the horn, then when he get's to the door, Prince and I will both wave and say hi, then we'll turn and moon his ass. I know Prince doesn't mind showing his ass...so that'll be fun for both of us!

Then we'd go back to my place and watch UTCM and I'd convince him to teach me how to play the title song on the piano.
