Insatiable = Lara Flyn Boyle + I reckon the timing is about right for writing the song and being with the woman. - I have no firm evidence. Maybe Lara likes to be called Martha as a nickname? Prince dated Fenn, on and off, for several years. They remained friends for quite a while after they severed the romantic relationship. Fenn and Boyle were both on the David Lynch/Mark Frost show Twin Peaks.
