Is Prince is compleatly out of touch??

It happens to the best of them, those artist with something to say, but some where along the way, they loose sight of what it was.

Yes or No? Comments?
News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so.

i'd much rather he just followed his muse and did his thing rather than trying to stay "in touch". most modern artists who are "in touch" suck

In today's commercial music market being out of touch is most definately a good thing.

Unfortunately Prince can be out of touch, but he wants to be the touch - Which is why we get smelly turds like 'Black Sweat', 'ICP&C', 'Hot Wit' U', etc, etc. neutral

Oh Prince, you silly little bugger. comfort

All in all I don't think he ever was "in touch"

When he attempts to be "in touch" we end up with disastarous music, videos and lackeys.

His version of hip-hop sucks petrified, fertilized duck eggs.

Yes or no?

Like all of us, he's moulded by his environment, and both his capacity and will to learn. No, he hasn't completely lost touch.

Comments: it's 'lose', not 'loose'.

Actually "lose" isn't really phonetic. It would rhyme with "hose" if it was phonetic. The 'e' makes the 'o' say its name for words like "hose" and "chose" and "nose."

The only difference between "lose" and "loose" is the way we say the /s/ sound at the end. That's why people confuse the spellings.

I was actually referring to the spelling of "ment" or even site (as opposed to s-i-g-h-t) though I assume the latter was attempt at being clever and not a spelling mistake.

I like the "Grammar Police".... that is something Prince needs. Often in his songs he says "You and me"... it should be "You and I" (like that old old song), but then again, I guess he has a poetic license to say what ever the "duck" he wants. lol

Note that using "would of" is called a "312!". coincidence?

Out of touch with what?
Out of touch compared with whom?
Of course he's out of touch with the mainstream; always has been, always will be.

And those "smelly turds" you mentioned maybe terribly rank in your book, but I'll take those turds over the turds of practically every other turdy artist I hear these days.

NouveauDance, you silly little turd.

Is Prince out of Touch.....at times. Actually more times than I personally like. For instance, choosing to play 3121 at the BET Awards. Not releasing the Musicology Tour on DVD. The suing rampage he went on against his fans. Not Showing up at the Sheila E. benefit All Star Jam, though he was only a few miles away.

So again, yes I think Prince is slightly out of touch but I suppose he wouldn't be Prince if he was in touch.
I am convinced Beyonce's career would not be where it is, if she had dark skin.
