Supposedly this is a fairly small venue, so they have to have high prices to cover expenses and pay people, ya know? Have you bought tickets to any of the regular shows in Vegas lately, they're all expensive as hell. If I wasn't already committed to another thing, I'd DEFINITELY be there, BOTH nights!

First I'm not cheap if the comment was at me I went to All 3 shows in Detroit for mucicology and I've seen Prince a few times before that but, when he was at the State Theatre in Detroit for the benefit concert tix were general adminssion and the cost was 100.00 so to that comment people are not cheap yes these are different times but 312.01 is way to much for a concert ticket for anyone and that goes for Madonna MJ And Prince

I would go if I had someone to go with who would also pay that amount. The only other person I know who is a major prince fan has a girlfriend so that is out of the picture. Who would let their man go to Vegas with another girl? Hell no.

That's it, I've had it with Prince. He's out of his mind!! Only a fool would actually shell out that much for a has-been artist who seems to have no regard for his fanbase anyway...is he that desperate for money?? Yes, that's pretty small when you do the math...$130k if tix are $100, think that's going to cover staging expenses, moving equip., transportation/hotel expenses, security, pay the band members/dancers, etc., etc.. Depending on how the deal is, Prince may be paying to rent the club or it probably gets a cut. Now if Universal is footing much of the bill, that's a bit different, but if Prince is, then it's a little more understandable. You're going to be paying for seeing him in a more intimate setting.

Hell, back in '99, the Studio54 tickets were $110 or something like that if I remember correctly.
