it ain't over till the ladyboy sings...and i'll be surprised when i hear reports that he did very much of that. i hope he does, but i wouldn't be surprised if it was more of a party and less of a performance.

I was thinking that Prince is basically doing this because he has to contractually. I'm sure the original plans were for MTV and everyone to be covering it with a lot of advance media buzz on all the tabloid shows. But since he has basically decided to kill this album I don't expect much to happen tonight. I also don't believe he will tour.

i have a hard time believing he won't do some kind of tour, but maybe he got his road ya-yas out when he played with tamar earlier this year. in the meantime, i can see prince doing a handful of songs tonight and then disappearing.

They didn't really give him any details. He basically just had to sign an agreement saying that Prince/Universal owned his images and his lifestory forever and could use it in anyway they felt fit forever and ever.
