BBC Radio 2 Prince competition on Chris Evans Drivetime show(5-7pm)

If you're a Prince fan you can't afford not to enter this fabulous competition.

All this week they're offering you a unique chance to win a trip for two to Prince's home for a private concert. The winner and guest will be the only 2 people from the UK to win this prize.

THE PRIZE
The winner and their guest will fly to LA from London Heathrow on 4 May, returning to the UK on 9 May, and they'll stay in a top hotel on Sunset Boulevard. On Saturday 6 May the winners will get the exclusive chance to go to Prince's LA home in Beverly Hills to see him perform tracks from his album 3121.

Please note: flights, hotel accommodation, breakfast, transfers to/from the airport and Prince's house are all included in the prize. You will need to bring your own travel money though! Winners need to be aged 18 or over and able to fly on the dates above.

[b]Hi all, I posted a thread about this competition earlier on this evening, so far what I have established since then is that the question was something like:

"Which famous actress directed a video for Prince for his latest album"

Please note this is NOT the exact wording becuase my dad (I mentioned his vagueness on this subject earlier) paid only enough attention to be able to tell me that there was a competition, but not enough attention to tell me the finer details. Obviously we all know the answer to the question but my darling father cannot recall for the life of him whether A or B was that answer!!!!! Typical!! Now I know the question and the answer but I still don't know whether to go for A or B so technically I'm no further forward!!

I have been checking out the message boards on the Radio 2 website, and some dude has posted the same question there cos they missed it on the Radio too. As soon as I get more info I'll post it here.

Oh, one other thing, apparently it is running all this week so the only other option is to actually listen to Radio 2 I guess! Good luck guys!!!

The details at the top of this thread are misleading.

You listen to the show.

At some point in the show (approx 5:20pm today), Chris Evans asks a Prince-related question.

You then telephone in the answer.

Two correct respondents are chosen at random to compete live on air, answering another Prince-related question.

The winner goes through to the next round.

Evans repeats this later in the show (approx 6:20pm today) - DIFFERENT question.

Winners from each day's competition ultimately face-off on Friday's show to win the chance to go with guest of choice to the LA performance.

Just checked out the R2 website - couldnt they use a more up to date phone of Princey than that?

That one is back to "Gold" (suppose it's better than Purple Rain!)... but there are so many Pics of the Brits performance around you'd really think they'd use one of those instead!
