I'm talking about the 1985 album "caring" from Rosie Gaines. It's absolutely brilliant, but it's so rare over here. There are 11 tracks and the material is awesome.
I want to know who got it and what do you think about it.

This cd is a MUST for anybody who likes Rosie's smooth, soulful voice. She's a truly gifted musician and has always been an inspiration to me. This is her masterpiece.

I bought this CD when i heard 'good times' which was featured on a compilation called 'soul souvenirs' There are lots of references to early prince in the 'caring' album. I never knew it was rare. It was released at budget price over here in the UK, and it wasn't hard to find at all.Good times is my favourite track on the album. But for definitve Rosie, the original album version of 'closer than close' does it for me every time.

Yeah, "Closer than close" is good, but besides Good Times, I think the uptempo songs like skool_ology (..) and Frustration are cool.
