That failed "experiment" that he tried during the 2002 celebration is what I thought of when I read Boris´ post.That wasn´t cool, that was pure propaganda, and that´s not nice, no matter if he´s a JW, Mormon, Muslim, Buddhist or whatever.

But hey, we don´t know for sure, and I REALLY love the song 3121.

And even if Boris is right, I´ll just take the positive vibe as I always do, cuz I´m a grown man and don´t need a musician to give me religious directions.

Yahweh by U2 is a great song. Yahweh isn't a term exclusive to JWs. And Prince used to get people to chant "Love is God, God is Love, Girls and Boys love God above" - back in '88/'89, and in '02.

Interesting that Psalm 40 is the psalm U2's perennial concert-closer "40" also came from.

The New Living Translation is "2He lifted me out of the pit of despair,out of the mud and the mire. He set my feet on solid ground and steadied me as I walked along", which fits with how Prince sees salvation in his own life (from an outsider's perspective, of course).

I can't find an online tool for the New World Translation, which is the JW's version. Please don't confuse New Living Translation (NLT), which is a commonly-used translation in modern churches, with the New World Translation, which is a JW-only translation.

I'm sure this is just a tricky way that Prince is trying to get us to read the bible. And it's working, you clever dog! (we need to get a little bible study emoticon in here)

Depends what u consider "hidden messages" but there's plenty to look for on the 1999 album cover, and then there was the backwards stuff on Darling Nikki, but I'm sure there's stuff from b4 that...
