Tamar is Toni Braxtons little sister I thought that this was true but I never new for a fact but on the radio this morning they said that she was indeed Toni's little sister. They also said some other good things about her. | |

Did they start off by saying, "We didn't think this is true, but we read on Prince.org that Tamar is Toni Braxton's little sister..."?? The rumor mill is a vicious circle.

I read on another site that it was announced on a radio in DC that Tamar was Toni Braxton's sister. Her PR people need to send out new press releases that note that Tamar is not Tamar Braxton.
Seems like she may have been better off going by Ashley. | |

No he didn't, he said quote,when we come back we'll have Prince and Toni Braxtons little sister Tamar. And when they came back from the commercials he went into the info about her.It was all positive. | |

Jeez, I can see this is going to be coming up a lot, isn't it? Tamar's real name is Ashley Tamar Davis, she is not Tamar Braxton and is no relation to Toni Braxton.
Obviously because Tamar is an unusual name, people have wrongly assumed the connection. | |

Why would people assume that just because her name is different that she is Toni's sister.That makes no sence to me Metal. And did you ever think that they may have different fathers granted the name difference. | |

No, the name is the SAME that is why they assume it is Toni's sister, who I believe is a singer/songwriter herself, hence it is easy to believe.
