Loveleft, Loveright

I heard this just yesterday I think, and I'm amazed that there are still some old Prince jams for me to discover! Great guitar and keybaords at the particularly.
I think I remember this being on a maxi-single or an EP or something? Was it connected to Graffiti Bridge or Diamonds & Pearls?

Actually, i think on that same maxi there was the 'get off' remix, which later evolved into the D&P 'get off'. IN that sense, i think 'get off' evolved from new power generation.

Actually there is more: GETT OFF is very close to Glam Slam 91... which bridges Lovesexy, to GB to D&P.

Quite right, there's actually very little in common between "Get Off" and "Gett Off",
Apart from the title, they're very different songs. "Gett Off" actually evolved
out of "Glam Slam '91" - which is basically the lyrics to what became "Gett Off"
rapped over the beat of "Love Machine".
