im in the UK, i have a friend who is a united states citizen got an american passport etc. do you think she could enter and give the ticket to me even though im a british citizen? i mean id pay for myself to get there and stuff, but do u think it'd be allowed?

There is nothing illegal about living in another country and that fact doenst then negate ur rights as a US citizen.  I aint no legal expert, but that sure sounds good to me
