I have Black Sweat..Universal sent me two copies this morning
but I'm afraid to link it..knowing Prince's penchant for lawsuits

what does it sound like? Is it FUNKY

well, I promised myself I wouldnt want to hear any of the 3121 tracks to keep the surprise....
But Black Sweat will be released Feb 07 according to Universal, and ´Beautiful Loved Blessed´ also...

Is it cool? Funky?

as if it was hard to say it sounded like a cross between 'the work' and 'return of the bump squad' and quote a few lyrics. whatevs.

It's pretty accessible...the falsetto is prominent.
Keyboards..drum machines..decent hook,probably his most
accessible release "Hit" wise in awhile,the haters on
here,will bitch about it to some degree,but the horns
and funk thing isnt a factor here,althought live,I'm
sure it will be..I'd call it "Kiss-ish" without being
that obvious a smash,but pretty damn good,a good sign
for 3121..also,my Universal e-mail said it WILL be
available for digital downlaod this evening at 8

The snippet (key word) that I heard of BL&B I was feeling big time. That shit sounded hot. I'm actually kinda excited about 3121- I just want some new Prince music period. Because I know good or bad it will still be better than anything else that is being dropped.

Also If you don't like Princes Music anymore or haven't in a while, why are you still here?
