Complete works

I'm going to be an absolute pain and make a suggestion; it is one that may have been floated around before, and rejected and I can understand why. However here goes (big intake of breath)...

Have the Org ever thought about making a complete song file?

I realise you have an extensive and excellently put together FAQ - of which I refer to constantly.

However, obviously the records listed therein are mainly 'official' releases - and such is the volume of Prince's output/unofficial records out to mass consumption, I think it would be a marvellous asset if those people 'in the know' would be able to put their heads together and work on a complete list.

The list could include approximate composition date, record it was muted to be included upon (but in most cases didn't), and any other notable info.

I also realise that there is that magical Prince compendium available somewhere stateside - however, few of us in the UK, let alone worldwide have access to it...

This would - I'm sure be an unparralled achievement if Org head honchos could do it.

Alas, I know it would take a long time - and when compiled would be hotly disputed and discussed at length. But so be it, surely that's half the fun of loving Prince, there are few definitive answers out there.

Anyways, from one mighty fan to many others, I think this is do-able and worthwhile.

Hope that made sense!

Fxxx

That would probably be, The Vault, that many of us in the UK have been able to find without any difficulty whatsoever: http://www.uptown.se/2005...ault.shtml
