POOK is Prince ..or he's the smoking monkey | |

He mentioned POOK during a performance of Life O The Party on the Musicology tour. I'm sure Boris or Lange Bleu and a few others are familiar with it. "Even POOK and them know it's okay". It got discussed to death after the concert, if I remember correctly. But no, POOK isn't Prince any more than we are. But aye, Prince has certainly laughed at his posts, like we have. | |

ok, BS aside: if prince visits this site, he covers his tracks really well or else he lurks without logging in. i'm guessing that maybe he used to check out the org, but that he can't be bothered these days. | |

he interacted a lot with "fams" on AOL and through the L4OA site during the mid-90s, but since his breakup with Mayte and the birth of Sam's NPGMC site, i think he rarely makes an appearance anymore outside of a close circle of P-mods and such. he probably got burned-out from that phase in his life and all the "naysayers" surrounding him and them. back then, he was a lot more open to other people's beliefs -- but now he tends to stick with only a certain set of beliefs. the rest of us have been "banished" so-to-speak. his prerogative i s'pose.  | |
