Prince Album Survivor-Battle of the 80's! Round IV! **THIS THREAD IS CLOSED** Sorry, my cable modem was down for like two days straight.
Voting's getting more evenly spread out now, but this round The Black Album got treated just as badly by The Orgers as it did by Prince back in the day. It's eliminated, albeit barely, with six votes.  Eliminated so far:

| this is my 1st vote in relation to the 80's albums , so in looking at whats left on your list i say
"controversy" my reason : Although it was a good early Prince album and definitly very much in the realms of "Dirty Mind" and "Prince" , I dont think it was as innovative as were the others in the list eg it wasnt too much of a progreesion from "Dirty Mind". | |

Yeh i wouldn't say "DirtyMind" at this point cuz it was breakthrough album it really marked a point in Prince's music that continued postDm to be preogressed upon, equally i wouldnt go for "Parade" at this point as I think it was a great unique and experimental album that was also still cool. | |

its a shame it looks like its between ATWIAD vs PARADE.. two of the most exciting and complex albums of Prince 80s.. these two are the ones that u listen after a while and think wow i love this album more then the first time. | |
