I see no connection between Lenny's first four albums and Prince at all ...
Prince was a pioneer ... and Lenny a retro-rocker (and a great one on his first two album) ... Only Lenny's fifth album has a clear Prince sound in my opinion

Midnight Vultures is a fantastic album. Definently has the Prince "vibe". Beck said he aimed for that as an homage to one of his favorite artists(Prince)

what song would you say was the princeyest on that album?

IMO Debra is the princeyest, but my favourite songs are Nicotine and Gravy, Sexlaws and Mixed Bizness. It's an Amazing Album!
The love Below is a brilliant album as well, but the princeyest song on it (She lives in my lap) is one of the only 2 songs of the album I actually don't like.
All of Sananda's albums are amazing, in fact he's my favourite artist! But I don't hear a lot similarities to Prince apart from the fact that he is a brilliant artist who is a master in many different genres of music worship
With a very special thank you to Tina: Is hammer already absolute, how much some people verändern...ICH hope is never so I will be! And if, then I hope that I would then have wen in my environment who joins me in the A....

The Family Stand--Moon In Scorpoi, perfect Prince like soul/funk/rock.

The Education Of Jamie is right up there with Purple Rain or Adore.

Yeah, that was the shit. I also liked "In Summer I Fall."
