What is Prince's best use of horns?

Slow Love has the prettiest. Deft way the horns go along with the song. Other songs have great horns, but this song really gets propelled by the horns.
All you others say Hell Yea!! woot!

His best use of horns was when he used synthesizers instead of them.

IMO, Rock Hard in a Funky Place.

By the way, according to Eric Leeds, that was the most challenging horn part to play. Also, Eric wrote it (spoke with him in an NPGMC chat a while ago).

In that case, just throw all the Madhouse albums in the mix then.

Billy Jack Bitch(extended version) wow the horns and then the guitar ripping through trading riffs with the horns until the climax and then the outro. pure genius nod

Sexy MF a fave of mine as is Sleep Around. Most of the Hornheadz stuff is simply brilliant!

D.M.S.R. deserves a mention. may be synthesised but still so simple yet memorable and effective.

Hands down..."Billy Jack Bitch". The horns in that song reminds me of Chicago (the group). It is complex, funky and a little off the wall.

HORNHEADS RULE!!!!

This is my 2nd favorite use of horns. I love the Tower of Power sample in the horn section.

Well, if we're talking about live stuff, the version on the SOTT DVD is effin fantastic. I prefer it to the album version, in fact. (Even if that's live as well).
