Someone please give me some insight on this. Back in 1984, I acquired a vinyl of Prince - Purple Rain (Albumb Version) on one side / God (Instrumental) on the B-Side. Is this worth anything? Is anyone collecting such item? I have had it for over 20 years now and it's in very good condition. I looked on Ebay and saw nothing. Thanks.

i have a copy...dunno how much it's worth on ebay or anything. it probably ain't worth very much, though.

i think it's pretty rare, at least to us in the States... most of us didn't even know it existed until we found out that it had been released in the UK... i bet a lot of purple freaks would love to get their hands on that beautiful instrumental.

I have it too. I was also wondering if it's worth somthing. I ripped in onto a CD and it comes up frequently on my ipod.
