No it isn't. Although based on a traditional blues arrangement, it is a Prince composition. However, when Prince featured it on the Lovesexy tour in 1988, he employed the tune to "Things Ain't What They Used To Be" as a backing arrangement. The arrangement also featured in one of the sets at the 2002 Celebration. The tune was written by Duke Ellington's son, Mercer (and the lyrics to the tune by Ted Persons). .
