I think the backward messages were done to be provocative..I know I spent way too much time analyzing the artwork on the "1999" album cover.I remember looking at the cover in the mirror and seeing "and The Revolution"under Prince's name.I thought to myself"wonder what he means by that"

I really can't comprehend how any1 could make this connection?? Prince's belief in JEHOVAH, has been evident in his work beyond the PURPLE RAIN days. SEXUALITYANDSPIRITAULITY play such a large role in his music. @ one point in prince rogers nelson's career there was no division between the 2. Watch PRINCE AND THE REVOLUTION LIVE from 1985 and u'll see cleary SEXANDSPIRIT/ no division. I have heard all kind of crazy rumors over the yrs.. but why people THINK differently BOOGLES my mind.
