Just got my latest issue of EW and they have a blurb about the poll with a pic of Prince stating that he is in fact in the lead but that it could change because the voting will continue until the 8th so orgers who haven't yet vote need to vote like they have never voted before. I believe wholeheartedly that Prince deserves this award more than any other candidate esp. for performer. We want him to have another cover of this magazine and to top that I think he should win a Grammy this year which should then help him to decide to give us his fans what we want a Musicology DVD with all the bells and whistles. Well it is what I want. Wish it could be here for my birthday next week but ya can't have everything. | |

As much as I love Prince and the TWO GREATEST concerts I went to, I cannot vote for a musician in this field this year.
I voted for Jim Carey for Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. My #1 favorite movie easily. No offense to Prince, this is apples and oranges. Which will I remember most, hard to say. But, I have seen around 15 concerts live, and Prince has topped them all. I have seen probably 300 movies and this one tops em. So, there yeah go. [Edited 12/6/04 2:47am] | |
