Here's most of the ones I can remember reading about in the original script...

*During the beginign after LOC is played on stage and P comes down and is behind Apples, after all that stuff happens he leave and she follows him to where is bike is but by the time she gets there hes driving away and tries to catch him.
*Jill is seated at the PIANO, 'a la Marlene Dietrich, SINGING to her heart's content. A cigarette dangles from her lip, a police cap is perched jauntily on her head. It's a simple bar tune, delivered slightly off-key, but with an openness that is endearing. Chick is working in the corner, chuckling to himself, stacking chairs, sweeping up. Suddenly she stops -- listens intently.She jumps up, deliberately spills her orange juice on the piano. Prince comes around the corner, stops short. (This happens just before she gives him W&L's demo tape for Purple Rain)
*During the lake Minnatonka scene instead of her catching a ride back with P she ends up catching a ride with a passing truck. The kid is just there yelling at her to come back.
*(As the Moderaires play) Prince moves through the crowd at the club and cuts past Jill. Jill is at the bar with two other waitress Katy and Kim who feel sorry for her cause shes got a thing for P and they have this big conversation on why her and P wouldnt go together. Then Matt and Bobby show up and start hasleing Jill about their drinks and Matt starts checking out Jill boobs, and eneds up giving them a squeeze.
*Apollonia is waiting outside the doors to get in and when she get's in Chick calls on her cause Billy Sparkes wants to talk to her. Apollonia starts telling him about how she just got off broadway and had to quit because her Grandmaother in NY who sick and she had to take care of her. H e offers her a job as a waitress but she declines, Billy starts coming on to her when Jerome comes and she pretends as if they are BF/GF.
*Instead of I would die 4 u he plays electric intercourse (i think) and Billy ends up getting pissed
*Jill shows P and the band a new dog she got that resembles Prince. Jill kisses P's cheek.
*Apollonia and the kid's first night together, Apollonia wakes up in the middels of the night only to hear the kid's parent's fighting and gets scared. She runs out of his house only to be met with Morris.
*Apollonia and Morris get drunk
*Apollonia's back at her place and Prince finds her and knock on the door, it's apparent she wasnt expecting him.
*They ride once more to a field and Apples asks him to help her once more, but he refuses and she get's pissed off and starts shooting off her mouth about how he's need a haircut, etc. She suddenly becomes sorry for saying all those things and they go riding once more to a abandoned barn. They make love as it starts raining what appears to be purple rain...
*Prince drops her off at her place and she walks into the lobby to see a trail of carnations that lead all the way up to her room. A delivery man comes and gives her more flowers and points out that the man who sent them are downstairs. She look out her window and see's it's morris with jerome. She ends up coming down stairs to say thanks.
*Prince's mom and dad have a fight where Prince jumps in, he brings his mom downstairs and she goes on to talk about the first time the two of them met.
*Prince hears about Apollonia six and goes to see there rehersal because he wants to clear thing up with Apples after he slapped her. She doesnt want to talk and Chick ends up taking him outside.
*After Apollonia preforms in the one club and P takes her away from morris, what was orignally supposed to happen was P was supposed to rape Apples but it was cut for obvisous reasons.

The encounter outside of the Kid's house between Morris and Apples was indeed filmed. I was there. They shot all the exteriors and action shots of that house on the same night.
