Westlife cover Kiss

I attended the Westlife concert at Wembley Arena last night (4th June), I can’t be bothered to explain myself but be assured it was not through personal choice I was there.

Anyway, they launched into the boy band cliché of a medley of 60s hits midway through the show including Twist and Shout, Great Balls of Fire, Good Vibrations, a Beach Boys number etc. Then they jumped forward a couple of decades and did Kiss. The whole thing was done in falsetto with an extended instrumental break when pretty much all the band (the one at the back of the stage playing the instruments) got a few moments of solo time. The crowd seemed to enjoy it even though most of them probably thought it was a Tom Jones cover.

You'd be surprised.

Janeau,

My girlfriend and I took her little sister to the concert as a birthday treat, one of her friends couldn't go so I was nagged into it.
