We r very sorry 4 the ticketing issues 2day 4 London and Manchester. We have been working all day 2 resolve these issues. THE TIX R NOT SOLD OUT! Purchase now 4 ALL the UK shows. Again, we apologize 4 the delay and any inconvenience we may have caused.

I am a full member of the NPG Music club and have been trying to purchase tickets for the forthcoming London dates..

I initially tried on Friday 13 September shortly after 10:00am, but had trouble receiving a response from the servers... all weekend i tried but kept on getting time-outs... Anyway to cut a very long story short, I managed to connect on Sunday the 15th September (around 4:00pm BST) only to be told the Pre-sale of tickets is over... This is a disaster, and I can't tell you how sick i feel..

The reason I joined the npg music club was to get some preferential treatment with concert tickets... it's a real shame that I have spent $100 on a membership, hoping to see prince perform only to be told that i can't go at all as all tickets are now sold out...

I would like the NPG music club to take some of the member subscriptions and invest in a couple of decent e-commerce servers.

gonna pour my sorrows into a glass of pepermint tea...
