what are the sounds that sound like a boxing match on "pop life" i have always wondered

but from what i recall being told to the press in 1985 was that was the 1981 or is it 1982 Rolling Stones show in L.A. where he was booed off the stage 2 nights in a row when he was opening up for them as an invited guest....i thought it went really well with the song....that now he may be on top but he remembers what it's like to not be....can someone correct me if i am wrong but i think that is where the audio is from on that song....
