The mods could help by making this a sticky and remember Jacqui Thompson did an interview about the Alumi with Mike Dean and it was thrown in the podcast area that no one goes to.

Considering I have applied for trademarks with clients I actually DO know how to read them. Applying for and recieving a trademark does not inherenetly mean you use it OR produce merchandise. It keeps others from doing so.
The ones I applied for were just that - my clients didn't want anyone else using them and had to make the application out to apply to all kinds of ridiculous potental uses - to keep others form using in that manner.
