You mean DID not DIDN'T, don't you?

Masters ownership is a complex issue and so far we don't really know what's gonna happen with this 35 years reversal law that's been applicable only for 4 years.

If u follow that thinking then everyone who was involved in composing, producing, arranging or playing on a song could legitimately claim a share of masters ownership: in the case of Prince that means a lot of people could also claim a share of his own songs, from the "Prince "albums.

Unless it comes out that Morris, Jesse, and Prince are the same person, Prince definitely didn't write all the music and perform all the music by himself. And of course Pandemonium has Monte, Jam and Lewis writing and performing as well.

The rest of what you wrote is unnecessarily complicated and what I said was just my personal opinion of what shoud happed given that other people contributed too.

"I agree with everything you said, except the masters SHOULD belong to him solely, when he didn't write perform, or record any of the music of The Time's 4 albums solely."

This sentence means that Prince should own the music only when he was NOT the only artist involved and he should not own the music when he was.

If u can't even mean what you say in proper English no wonder what I wrote is "unecessarily complicated".

"The rest of what you wrote is unnecessarily complicated and what I said was just my personal opinion of what shoud happed given that other people contributed too."

Well, no it was not so complicated I assure you, I wasn't exactly discussing Hegel here, just intellectual property. But OK so let us only share "personal opinions" regardless of any intellectual effort to back-up our claims. Let's get stupid. And by all means don't bother send your kids to school or give 'em books to read, you'd only waste their time. Watching the Superbowl should be enough of an education.

Seriously? This is Prince.org not DumbPrinceFans.org.

Not saying you ARE dumb, BTW, I don't know you. What I'm saying is that by writing stuff like "unecessary complicated vs. personal opinion" you want to be dumb, that you promote intellectual mediocrity as a standard. I won't have it I'm sorry. Not a personal attack against you, but against what you appear to stand for. Or your "personal opinion" if using this term makes you feel more comfortable.

Does that help you?

Anyway, Bruh... get over yourself.

You are no great intellect discussing issues no one else understands. You took a simple comment I made and raised a series of questions that had next to nothing to do with what I said in the first place. You made it unnecessarily complicated.

Actually I never claimed I was discussing issues no one else understands. I'm trying to discuss things seriously and passionately since we are here to discuss a passion, i.e. P's music and career.

I claim my posts are perfectly understandeable by anyone with a normal IQ and I won't go for this accusations of intellectualism which are the weapon of the dummy to justify talking nonsense in public places, just like wen peeple writte lik dis on Facbook and you tel them they culd pay atentun to there speling and they calle you an ellitiste (again I am not saying you are a dummy, but you are using their arguments).

If u write a sentence that makes no sense at all and says the opposite of what u mean then don't come and cry when people are trying to figure out what u meant, goddammit! Are we in KG? Can't u show some intellectual honesty once in your life as an orger?!
