Most overrated Prince protege of all time There is a whole seperate category of overrating for Wendy and Lisa as far as I am concerned so leave them out of this. Save America - Stop Illegal Immigration. God bless America. PEACE

She was a protege, but I wouldn't say she was overrated. I don't think anyone liked her album. TRUE BLUE

I know she wasn't overrated. The only proteges that people seem to think were talented were the members of the Revolution specifically Wendy and Lisa. I think they got the credit they deserved though. Outside of them aren't all his proteges seen as failures (Tamar, Apollonia, etc. come to mind)?

Depends on what you mean by failures. There are a lot of Prince fans who love the protege's music. TRUE BLUE

True the Time were hugely successful. For some reason I never think of them as proteges even though I know they are. And by successful I meant commerically successful. The Time and Shelia E. are the only ones that come to my mind.
