Vanity in Klondike Fever - oh really?

On Vanity's IMDB bio, her first film appearance is listed as the made for TV movie Klondike Fever. I recently bought this film expecting 2 see her in it. Nope! I didn't see her at all. Her name isn't even in the end credits. There are hardly any women in this film. The only person I thought she might have been was a dancer in a saloon bar. But she had a veil over her face so it was very difficult to tell if it was Vanity [she wud have been Denise Matthews back then, cos the movie was from 1980] It must be a blink and you'll miss it role. The film was not very good I wouldn't recommend it. Can anybody shed any light on the situation?

I dunno about Klondike Fever but I have a DVD of a disappointing German movie from 1997, which Vanity was in, entitled Kiss of Death... Not much of a thriller and not much of a role for Vanity.

let's face it,she was in some crappy movies lol I remember a movie she did in the early 90s...it was a cable TV movie called "Memories Of Murder".Boring and predictable. She was a decent actress but she kept getting dumb roles.

.

Three guesses what the word "uncredited" means. You did see that word next to the title, right?

Her next two movies had her credited as D. D. Winters, and if you search Google Books for "Klondike Fever" combined with "D. D. Winters" you'll find two or threee entries in books that list movies. Doesn't mean anything, of course. Most likely she is one of the women in the bar scene, but it is hard to tell. Perhaps she says more about it in her "Blame It On Vanity" book?

Vanity was a crappy actress who made crappy movies. That's the reality of it.
