Robin Power I love this chic alot, I was going through the "Graffiti Bridge" movie 2day(don't say shit 2 me tho  ) and I was thinking "damn, its strange when you see a ghetto sistah near Prince" its sound stupid when you speak yo mind about it loud but it does kinda sense(well at least 2 me). And boy that woman looked alot like she's Cat's twin.

I haven't watched Graffiti Bridge in a long time, but I remember there was a lot to NOT like about it. One of the things I didn't like was Robin Power's role. She is a physically attractive woman with a beautiful body. Why couldn't she have played "Aura"?
It would have been more believable to have someone say Robin is "three-fine" than to believe that Ingrid Chavez is fine. | |

She was perfect as Morris' woman, but would have had a hard time pulling off a quiet, mysterious, angelic role. PLEEZE!! 
And let's not forget, NONE of these people are actors. They really don't have the ability to stray too far from their own experiences. Ingrid fits the profile & did a horrible job herself... Does anyone else think that Robin's role in 'GB' was probably originally intended for Cat? When Cat left the Prince camp in early 1989,Prince had to quickly find a "replacement".Everything about Robin (her demeanor,her looks,her attitude) seems inspired by Cat.
Anyway,there was talk of Prince producing an entire album for Robin.After hearing her song "Number One" in the movie,I'm glad that these plans were cancelled...lol... | |

I'm sure that Robin Power was the woman in Ice Cube's video, "It was a Good Day"..Lol..
I always thought that was her.. NBA Goupie? Yeah that's awful.. At least she was a tall (5'7"- 5'11") woman who was a "Groupie" for tall men. Somewhere.. At your nearest NBA arena.. There are some petite (4'10"- 5'4") women yelling for these "NeverJordan" Ball players... These women know that they get neck sprain trying to gaze into these "ballers" eyes..(as well as other parts) Plus, she's a Groupie who claims so. I must respect her for being honest. Some seem to "do and deny" until they melt away... They'll appear to have these phony career covers like: a) Real Estate Agent, (b) Sports Medicine (c) Working for The Professional Sports Franchises's Promotional Department [PR], (d) and some low -level press and reporters. Some NBA players' wives won't even admit they slept with another ball player before their current mate. Their NBA husbands become enraged after the "word" gets back to them. They begin to understand why their wives were so apprehensive of other women (groupies) most of the time. It is because they know "the game" and how the "real Players" operate.
