The Andre Cymone remasters - how cool are they?!?!

I must say I'm loving the remasters of Andre's albums.

I have AC and Surviving in the 80s, i'm saving 'Living In The New Wave' for later!

What strikes me firstly is how good the remastering process was, the music sounds so alive and current. They sound as if they were recorded last week!

I am also struck at how up to date the songs sound, they really haven't dated much at all. If you compare some of those songs to modern artists who try and create and 80s sound, such as Calvin Harris they sound just as current and relevant.

The similarity with Prince is sometimes quite striking, love his beats and falsettos.

A must for any Prince fan!!

Hopefully but they are quite a niche thing so prob only serious wreckastows. I found mine on Amazon.

AC was released last year by Big Break Records UK and the other two have only been released this year via Funky Town Grooves (a US label).
