Does anyone know what guitars wendy played around the Purple Rain and ATWIAD era.

i love the sound, and would like to look into them.

I'm 99.9% sure that this is the one that Irish stand-up comedian Ed Byrne won at a memorabilia auction and still owns to this day.

Here is Ron Woods playing the flower guitar on the Parade tour with Sting and the Revolution

Wendy played a guitar like the one Prince gave Andy Allo and she played a white one and a paisley one like Prince's 'Lovesexy' guitar

I remember britains other prince clipping from a rolling stone issue .I also had a big poster bought at the parade gigs in london with prince & wendy similar to the one above, i was too young and naive to know that wendy would never have eyes for me

She played a purple Rickenbacher during the PR tour but it was completely gutted and rewired and did not sound like a traditional Rickenbacher. She no longer has it however, it was stolen from her tour bus sometime in the early 90's.

Her main guitars from the Parade tour were the blue Telecaster and the white Gibson semi hollow body.

Wendy...my favorite Revolution member (besides Prince).
